FM27 Free Camera Unlock

Watch the game from anywhere in the stadium

Football Manager 27 ships with a free camera, but it is only switched on in the developers' builds. This small BepInEx plugin adds it to the match camera list as an extra view, using the game's own camera and controls.

Controls

Move: W / S forward and back, A / D left and right, Q / Z up and down. Hold Shift to move faster.
Look around: Hold the left mouse button and drag.
Zoom: Scroll the mouse wheel to change the field of view.

Installation

Install BepInEx 6: Download the latest BepInEx 6 bleeding edge build for Unity IL2CPP, Windows x64 (build 791 or newer) from builds.bepinex.dev. Extract it into your FM27 folder, next to fm.exe. Older builds and BepInEx 5 do not work with FM27.
Start FM27 once: The first start with BepInEx takes a few minutes while it prepares the game. Close the game once you reach the main menu.
Add the plugin: Extract the zip from the download above into the same FM27 folder. It places FreeCamUnlock.dll in BepInEx\plugins\FreeCamUnlock.
Pick Free Camera in a match: Start a match and choose Free Camera as the last option in the camera views. Switch back to another view before removing the plugin.
